Our Staff | Rousseau's RV Center

Dave began working on RVs as a teenager with his father, Leo Rousseau. With thousands upon thousands of hours of experience repairing travel trailers, pop-ups, and motor homes Dave is an expert technician, and the backbone of our service department.  Ownership of the dealership passed to Dave in 2024.

Hours: Tuesday - Saturday Dave Jr. started in 2004, working in the shop as a summer worker. Over the years, he has worn many hats.  Since 2014, he has managed our Sales Department. He also maintains this website and makes videos for our YouTube channel, Rousseau's RV Walkthroughs! Dave attended UMASS Amherst and graduated as an English Major.  He enjoys creative writing, fishing, gardening and trying to figure out where the Star Wars sequels went wrong.  His philosophy is, “It’s important to build trust with everyone we work with. If trust is lost, we’ve lost everything.”

Don joined our sales department in summer 2025.  Prior to joining our team, he worked as a barber instructor and spent some time in car sales.  You can find him at the dealership on Mondays and Saturdays, and then Tuesdays and Saturdays after Columbus Day.  Other days Wednesday through Friday by appointment only.

Justin began working with us in spring 2024.  He has been a great addition to the crew, with a positive attitude and desire to learn.  He handles the preps for most campers that are sold at the dealership.
