Leo - President/Owner - See About Us page
Dave R. - Shop Manager/Technician - Dave began working on RVs as a teenager. With thousands upon thousands of hours of experience repairing travel trailers, pop-ups, and motor homes Dave is an expert technician, and the backbone of our service department.
Dave L. - General Manager/Parts - Dave began in the RV industry in 1991, when he took a position in the parts department at Holiday World. In 1996, he found a position at Rousseau's as a Parts manager. Shortly after, Dave was promoted to Assistant manager, and ever since he has acted as the GM. Customers and employees know him for his calm demeanor and vast knowledge of just about anything. His philosophy is, "I treat the customer the way I want to be treated."
Andrea - Parts/ Rentals - Andrea has a vast knowledge of our parts and supplies, which means customers and employees alike are often turning to her for imformation. Also, as the primary contact for our rental department, Andrea is a critical member of the Rousseau's team.
Dave Jr. - Orientations/ Warranty - Dave Jr. started by working in the shop as a temporary cleaner. Over the years he has worn many hats, learning the ins and outs of the industry. He now focuses on teaching renters and new owners about their camper, as well as handling our warranty claims. He also maintains this website! His philosophy is, "It's important to build trust with the customer. We do that through professional courtesy and performance. Everyone is treated with respect. If trust is lost, we've lost everything."
